British Airways Flights

Many Sherpa flight inclusive holidays use scheduled British Airways flights. There have been some major changes recently to ticketing procedures for the best value British Airways economy flights that Sherpa include in many flight inclusive holidays. Tickets for these flights must be issued and full payment must be made within 14 days of booking. For this reason it is necessary for Sherpa to collect full payment from our client for these flights at the time of booking in addition to the standard £100 deposit. These British Airways tickets are non refundable but changes can be made subject to availability and BA administration fee. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking to cover this expense in the event of you cancelling your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.

Euro Traveller

• A choice of check in options including Online Check-in from the comfort of your own home, office or hotel, or one of our Self-Service Check-in kiosks at the airport
• On selected routes, you can also print your own boarding pass from home or the office
• Once on board, sit back and relax whilst you enjoy our complimentary “All Day Deli” menu, varied to suit the time of day
• There’s also a selection of hot and cold drinks to match your mood
• Enjoy the convenience of flying to centrally located airports

Customers who book BA flights can now save time by checking-in and selecting your own seats online. This is inclusive of families and groups of up to 6 people.

Regional Flights

For many destinations it is possible to fly directly to the overseas airport from Regional UK airports. If this is of interest then please call our reservations staff who will be happy to investigate flight options. It is also possible to fly from regional airports to London to connect with international flights, again please call for further information.

Low Cost Airlines

Many of our destinations are serviced by low cost airlines. We are unable to book these flights on your behalf but it is possible to book any Sherpa trip on a land only basis and arrange your own air travel. If you opt for this arrangement please be aware that the operation of group holidays are not confirmed until the minimum group size is reached and such departures can be cancelled up to 8 weeks prior to departure. We also advise not to book any non-refundable flights for self-guided or tailor made trips until you have confirmation of booking from Sherpa.
